Our performance
Given that our values include openness and accountability it follows that how well we perform is a matter that we publish and make available as a public record. We are pleased to be able to demonstrate improving trends of performance in most areas of our activity and the key performance indicators that the Board monitors on a regular basis can be downloaded from this website in relation to the most recent full year of operation. We also publish our summary of annual accounts each year and this may be viewed or downloaded via the link from this site.
As a registered social landlord we are accountable to a government appointed regulator known as the Tenant Services Authority following a reorganisation of the former Housing Corporation Information about how the regulator views us can be found on their web site.
