Mike joined Caldmore Area Housing Association in August 2002 at the conclusion of an extensive recruitment process. He came with 27 years of experience within 7 different housing organisations in the Midlands, having qualified with the Chartered Institute of Housing in 1979. In his previous post he was the Operations Director for a BME housing association based in Birmingham. As Chief Executive he is responsible to the Board for the overall management and development of the Association.
