Maintenance
The Association’s approach to asset management is to work in co-operation with residents and potential residents. It therefore follows that resident involvement is a key factor that must always be taken into account when planning works or services.
Maintenance and repair works to our assets will be organised according to 3 categories; Major planned works, Cyclical works and responsive repairs. It is our aim to focus resources on major or cyclical works in order to maximise operational efficiency and reduce overall demand for responsive works, which may inconvenience our residents.
