Landscape Services
At Caldmore we have a team of people who maintain the areas of land around our schemes that are classed as communal landscaped areas rather than being private gardens. This landscape service is provided by our Estate Services team as part of Housing Services and the cost of this work is recharged to residents via the service charge on your rent account. We aim to provide a good value service and we are always keen to involve you in how the quality of the service is monitored.
Sometimes, local residents want to play an active role in maintaining the communal areas and ask if they can use some of the land for their own planting. In many cases we are able to arrange for this but we do always have to work in the best interest of the majority of residents who are affected.
