Involvement
We believe that resident and community involvement should be at the centre of everything we do. We want to develop a culture of involvement that supports this. The key aims of Involvement are:
- Tenants and residents should be empowered to influence service development and improvement
- To develop and maintain a consistent framework for customer involvement, supported by measurable aims
- To actively encourage residents to be engaged in the local community
