Homes
Caldmore is a provider of affordable homes in the Walsall area. As a housing association, our key activities include letting & managing affordable homes and working with local partners to develop new or improved homes for people in housing need. We currently manage over 1,600 homes and plan to develop more each year, depending on demand and opportunity.
This service is administered mainly by our Housing Services team, which is made up of 3 main sections; Customer Services, Estate Services and Housing Management.
