Focus Groups
As part of a service review tenants are invited to take part in looking into the various activities and services of the organisation. For example, our Income Focus review group takes a look at how we maximise income for tenants and the organisation. Tenants who take part will have an opportunity to work as a link between residents and the organisation.
Caldmore will consult with all residents for feedback, and tenants will be given lots of opportunity to be involved with making decisions that directly affect other residents.
It is not always necessary for residents to attend lots of meetings in order to take part in a focus group. We are very interested in hearing from residents who can express their views in writing or via email.
Currently, the views of younger residents and those from minority groups are under represented and we are keen to encourage greater participation from people in these categories.
