Theressa Bickford Lettings and Tenancy Officer Theresa is responsible for maintaining the Associations waiting list, giving housing advice to internal and external customers. Theresa will also accompany all prospective tenants when viewing a new property and undertake end of tenancy visits to those tenants who have found alternative accommodation. Tracey is also responsible for the collection of former tenants’ arrears and the administration of the rent increases.
