Jayne is responsible for overseeing the void process from when a property becomes empty to when it is ready to let.  This includes liaising with the void surveyor and the contractor sorting out any queries/problems that may arise.

Theresa is responsible for maintaining the Associations waiting list, giving housing advice to internal and external customers. Theresa will also accompany all prospective tenants when viewing a new property and undertake end of tenancy visits to those tenants who have found alternative accommodation.  She will also provide or sign post help and support for those tenants who may require it.
