We are committed to providing good standards of accommodation and services to all our customers and we recognise the particular needs of those who are most vulnerable.
- We provide accommodation in an appropriate and homely setting
- We ensure the right levels of support from appropriately trained staff

- We encourage service users to identify their own requirements for personal development. Training and/or support plans are agreed as a result and are regularly reviewed
