Access to Services
Our central office at 18 Caldmore Green has been adapted as far as reasonably possible to accommodate the needs of people with a disability. We can facilitate access for most wheelchair users and we have a hearing loop to assist those with hearing difficulty.
We have arrangements in place to assist those who find it difficult to communicate in English and our staff will be prepared to make special access arrangements for individual reasons provided we are given sufficient advance notice.
