Mutual Exchanges
You may be able to exchange your home, but can only do so with our concent, we will only consider requests if the excange is with another regustered social landlord. You can not exhcange with anyone living in private rented accomodation. We can defer or refer your exchange if you or the person you want to exhange with:
1. Is not a RSL tenant
2. Has rent arrears
3. Is in breach of the tenancy agreement
4. Would be moving to a home that is not suitable, e.g The home is too large, too small or has medical adaptations that you or they do not need.
