Matt joined Caldmore in April 2009, having recently taken up appointment as the Chief Executive at Capacity builders, based in Central Birmingham.  Prior to this Matt had been a Director with the former Housing Corporation in London where he gained considerable knowledge of best practice within the RSL sector.  This combined with his working knowledge of the voluntary sector in the UK put him in a very strong position to help Caldmore develop new initiatives.  Matt is also one of the two nominees from Caldmore to the Accord Group Board.
