Sheltered Housing provides accommodation for Older People who wish to retain their privacy and independence. Each resident has their own front foor, letter box and key. Each resident is free to come and go as they please.
There will be a Warden on site that is expected to look after the overall well being of the Residents in their scheme and also encourage and support them to lead an active and independent life.
Maryvale Court is one of our many sheltered housing accomodation schemes. Facilities include a large communal lounge, conservatory, kitchen, guest room, lift and laundrette.
