Over the last few months we have worked with our existing Board Members and interested residents to look at the way residents are able to get involved and become Board Members of the Accord Group.
Changes are happening...
We are now making the process of recruiting Board members open for any residents from the Accord Group, and giving you the opportunity to apply for the Board of your choice. We are now recruiting!
You could be our next Board Member!
If you are a secure or assured tenant, joint tenant, leaseholder, joint leaseholder or assured shorthold tenant of the Accord Group not in breach of your tenancy agreement - you could be a Board Member!
We believe that residents should be at the heart of our decision making.
As a Board member you will have the chance to:
- Make decisions on the way we operate
- Influence our services from the very top
We are committed to providing excellent support to our resident Board members through:
- training opportunities
- communication and information
- Our 'buddying' system
