Estate Services
As an 'Investor in Communities', we have successfully developed relationships with residents and communities to help make neighbourhoods better places to live.
Our residents play an active role in the work of the Association through our residents' organisation called “Offserve”, various local tenant groups and by providing valuable customer feedback.
Resident involvement is an integral part of our business.
We recognise the importance of involving our residents in all aspects of our service to ensure we are delivering high quality, customer-led services.
We employ a strong and co-ordinated approach to nuisance problems by working with different agencies. We are a key partner in local Anti-Social Behaviour Groups.
We are committed to continuous service improvement and recognise the importance of residents' views to help continually develop and improve services. We have our own directly employed Gardening team and an Estate Officer who regularly visits all our communal areas.
